We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who is not only skilled and passionate but also innately curious and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible in design. What We're Looking For
- Design Mastery: Expertise in crafting compelling user interfaces and experiences, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in UI/UX design.
- Problem-Solving Passion: An obsessive drive to solve challenging design problems, leveraging user research and design thinking methodologies.
- User-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive and seamless experiences.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life.
Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
- Experience with designing for web and mobile platforms, including responsive and adaptive design techniques.
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills and thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine UI/UX designs for HTCD’s SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all user interfaces.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our design processes.
